Started as a one-hour introduction to computer science and became a worldwide effort to demystify coding! The Hour of Code by The City University of Hong Kong department of electrical engineering became a leading force to promote the value of coding in education! Coding Rooms did not miss its chance to take part in the workshop that took place on 13th February 2022.
Our colleague Enzo Cheng, Head of Operations, delivered an interactive demo session for teachers and students at City University of Hong Kong. the Hour of Coding event allowed Coding Rooms to showcase how simple it is to create a cutomized curriculum and assignments, teach in real-time (online, offline and in hybrid settings) and auto-grading to improve grading speed.
Coding Rooms would like to thank Dr. Ray Cheung Chak-chung, Assistant Professor, City University of Hong Kong, Director of CityU Apps Lab for giving us the opportunity to showcase our powerful yet user-friendly application that offers a collaborative and real-time authoring environment with a wide range of content types and 3rd party integrations. Coding Rooms makes teaching, both remote and in-person, more engaging, personalized and fun.
